On April 9th, I bottomed out, and by May 9th, it had risen from 1.628 million to 2.685 million, with a floating profit of 1.057 million. This is still after selling 25% of Pepe and holding 50% of Ray, with a total return rate of 65%. Although it can't compare to the returns of the 'dirt dog', the contract's return rate is high but based on a large base, stable! Once a long-term compound interest is formed, the big gains are yet to come!
This week's market unexpectedly reversed after Powell's hawkish speech. Sister Bei had predicted that the market might turn bad in the short term during last week's review, so on the 6th, after Pepe and Ray broke through important support levels, she gradually reduced her position to avoid risk. As a result, the market made a big reversal, but luckily she only reduced 25% of her total position, so Sister Bei did not immediately replenish the sold positions.
In the future, as the market evolves with Bitcoin's rise, the meme and Ethereum sectors have also joined the surge. Pepe's price increase is astonishing; from the lowest point of 758 on the 6th, it has risen by 84% in three days, reaching 1397. Sister Bei's first batch of Pepe was bought at 580, easily achieving a 140% increase. However, because of the explosive rise, there weren't good pullback opportunities to add positions, and since Sister Bei still holds a lot of Pepe, she chose to hold and not sell, to hedge against the 25% of positions sold.
Sister Bei has held SOL without any operations and has consistently maintained her position, although this week it has risen alongside the market and the trend is very stable. In the past two days, she has gradually added back the 50% position of Ray that was sold earlier and bought some more. It should be able to break through the 3.1 level, which is also the resistance level of the maximum Fibonacci retracement of 0.236. Sister Bei's total position has reached 92%, leaving only 30,000 USDT.
Why does Sister Bei remain optimistic and dare to increase her position? Ray's fundamentals are good, so I won't elaborate. From Ray's current upward structure, it hasn't even caught up with Sol, ETH, and Pepe's 0.382 position yet. Bitcoin has already broken through 0.786. This structural price difference is the future profit space for catching up. The main force is still there, just wanting to accumulate more chips, but the sudden reversal disrupted the rhythm, so they are just suppressing the market and accumulating. The takeoff is just a thought away; breaking through 3.1 will lead to 3.7 and 4.2. Sister Bei has held coins for three years and knows Ray very well, still very confident!
After this week's rotation, most mainstream coins have reached the 120-day moving average and important Fibonacci resistance levels. RSI is also in the overbought zone and needs further correction, and Bitcoin has had five consecutive weekly gains. Therefore, next week is crucial, and the key is to see how much Bitcoin can rise and whether it can continue to challenge previous highs or even set new highs!
The ideal scenario is for Bitcoin or Ethereum to continue to break through with volume, leading altcoins to fully break through resistance levels, then rise to a high and pull back for indicator correction, retesting support levels. If such a script can be followed, then Bitcoin may break new highs within a week or two, and the altcoin season can smoothly commence. Sister Bei wrote this article last night, and this morning, the strong ETH and SOL have already broken through critical resistance levels and will challenge the 2800 and 200 levels respectively.
Very much looking forward to next week's market, hoping to determine the outcome in a week. Do you remember the plot where Nezha and Ao Bing led the Dragon Clan, breaking through the Celestial Origin Cauldron? Sister Bei also asks all major communities to gather together, everyone work together to leverage your positions, and at the most critical moment, do not sell and short your own career, let's work together to help the market break new highs and turn the tide, my fate is determined by me, not by heaven!
