#kernel As of May 10, 2025, the Ukrainian agroholding continues to actively develop, despite challenges in the industry and legal disputes.

⚖️ Legal victories

On March 28, 2025, the Luxembourg District Court dismissed a lawsuit by a group of minority shareholders against Kernel and its main shareholder Namsen Limited. The shareholders attempted to contest the board's decisions regarding the issuance of shares in 2023, but the court deemed the lawsuit inadmissible and unfounded.

📉 Decrease in oil sales

In the first 9 months of the 2025 financial year (ending March 31), Kernel processed 2.5 million tons of oilseeds, which is 12% more than in the same period last year. However, the volume of sunflower oil sales decreased by 6%, amounting to 1 million tons.

🚀 Grain exports are rising

At the same time, grain exports have increased by 16%, reaching 4.4 million tons for the reporting period. This indicates the company's stable position in the global grain market.

🏗️ Business expansion

On May 1, 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed LLC 'Kernel-Trade' to gain control over LLC 'Keramblocki-Invest', which may indicate business diversification and entry into new markets.
