🔥🚀🔥Bitcoin beats Amazon to become the world’s 5th most valuable asset🚀🔥🚀🔥

Bitcoin has surpassed Amazon to become the world’s fifth most valuable asset by market capitalization, with its valuation reaching $2.054 trillion compared to Amazon’s $2.039 trillion as of May 8, 2025.

This milestone reflects Bitcoin’s price breaking the $103,000 mark, driven by strong institutional demand, significant inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, and growing mainstream acceptance as a store of value.

The surge follows a period of volatility, with Bitcoin briefly hitting $109,000 in January 2025 during President Trump’s re-inauguration and rallying 33.63% over the past month. Amazon, despite its global dominance, has faced challenges with a 21% year-to-date stock decline, while Bitcoin’s performance has outpaced it with over 40% gains in the same period. This isn’t the first time Bitcoin has challenged tech giants; in April 2025, it briefly overtook Amazon and Alphabet (Google) with a $1.86 trillion valuation.

The current rally, however, appears more sustained, fueled by regulatory momentum and Bitcoin’s decoupling from tech stocks, positioning it as a hedge against macroeconomic uncertainty. Analysts suggest Bitcoin could target Nvidia’s $2.4 trillion valuation next, though risks of market overheating persist due to high leverage in Bitcoin futures, with $67.4 billion in open interest.
