Has anyone encountered a situation like mine? I transferred money to buy USDT, but the seller hasn't unlocked it for over a day now. The seller keeps insisting that I KYC by clicking on the link as shown in the picture to take a facial scan. I have filed a complaint with Binance, but the resolution is taking a very long time. Will I be able to get my money back?
