HCMC & HN start to tighten emission standards:

• From 2026: Only vehicles manufactured from 2017 onwards will be allowed into the center!

• From 2027: Standards will be upgraded, only vehicles from 2022 onwards will be allowed to circulate!

So, those beloved old cars are about to be 'banned'…
