🚨 Telegram Username “Binding” Scam — URGENT WARNING 🚨
A dangerous new scam is targeting Telegram users — and it’s already stolen millions of dollars in TON.
🕵️♂️ How the scam works:
Scammers message you offering to “bind” your @username on Fragment.com, Telegram’s official premium username marketplace.
They claim they’ll pay you $10,000 or more to bind or reserve your username.
Then they ask you to send a “security deposit” — usually 200 TON or more.
Some even send a fake payment link or ask you to connect your TON wallet to a so-called exchange or verification site.
The moment you connect your wallet or sign a transaction — your funds are drained instantly.
💀 Real damage:
These scam wallets already hold over $6 million and $1 million in stolen TON.
That means thousands of users have already been scammed — don’t be next.
🚫 Important facts:
You do NOT need to “bind” your username for someone to buy it.
Fragment NEVER requires a deposit or wallet connection to list or sell usernames.
If you connect your TON wallet to a scam site, your funds can and will be stolen.
