What is a retail investor? Does lying still and not moving make one a retail investor?

The alpha deduction mechanism, beneficial for retail investors? Or is it detrimental to retail investors? In my opinion, it is definitely beneficial for retail investors. Otherwise, I mean, airdrops are basically eaten up by the same group of people. Essentially, if the alpha points system has enough points, and if airdrops keep being given without deductions, I mean, wouldn’t that mean that the same group of people would finish everything? I have only accumulated 109 points from 15 points so far, and I haven't received any airdrops in between. If points are not deducted and keep being given, then it just keeps rolling over. Last time it went from 82 to 143 to 152, so next time will it go directly to over 200? The people who have been consistently eating before still have the motivation to accumulate points, while we haven't received any airdrops and are just experiencing wear and tear?
