1. Focus on Major Coins
Don't touch fancy altcoins, just stick to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other top coins; it's a safe bet!
2. Look at Moving Averages for Entry and Exit Points
Use the moving averages on the 4-hour chart as signal lights: if the price is firmly held down by the MA60 moving average, start opening short positions in batches; if it drops to strong support, start buying in batches. Remember, follow the big trend and don't go against it!
3. Setting Stop-Loss is Key to Survival
Set the stop-loss just below the lowest point, for example, if the support level is 2220, and it drops to 2210 but then rebounds, set the stop-loss at 2209. Limit daily losses to a maximum of 20% of your capital, and stop immediately if you hit this limit! Keep single trade losses to 10%, and always keep the same position size when opening new trades. Don’t get greedy and leverage up.
4. Enter in Batches, Don't Go All-In
Don't go all in at once! Enter in several batches to keep some bullets in reserve. If the market is good, chase the hot coins, but maintain a good risk-reward ratio; earn 4 dollars to lose 1 dollar!
