Stop-loss is not a cost; it's a weapon: for ordinary people, a stop-loss means 'cutting losses', while for experts, a stop-loss means 'luring the enemy deeper'.
Loss limit = total account funds × 2% (absolute red line!)
Opening volume = (2% of funds) ÷ (stop-loss points × contract multiplier)
(Example: 100,000 capital, stop-loss set at 200 points, maximum leverage per trade is 10 times, if it blows up, you only lose 2,000)

Stop-loss secret: set your stop-loss and then immediately turn off your phone for 1 hour! Prevent yourself from being impulsive and withdrawing the stop-loss.
