The trading volume of $XRP even jumped by more than 139 percent, indicating that interest in $XRP is still high. According to data from Coingecko, the price of $XRP rose by around 6.85 percent in the last 24 hours and had remained around US$2.53. However, after touching US$2.62, the increase seemed to start slowing down. This is most likely influenced by the selling action of short-term investors who want to take profits. Many analysts believe that $XRP can still hold above the US$ 2.2 level and some are even optimistic that the price could rise to US$ 3.0 in next week

Hal ini dikarenakan Ripple menjaga Stabilitas Harga $XRP Lewat Pengaturan Pasokan Setiap bulan, Ripple melepas 1 miliar XRP dari escrow, tapi hanya menjual sebagian kecil saja, biasanya melalui transaksi tertutup (OTC). Sisanya dikembalikan ke escrow. Strategi ini bertujuan menjaga harga tetap stabil. Misalnya, jika Ripple ingin mengirim US$ 200 juta menggunakan 100 juta $XRP, maka setiap koin harus bernilai US$ 2. Jika harga terlalu naik, Ripple bisa jual lebih banyak. Sebaliknya, jika harga turun terlalu jauh, mereka bisa membeli kembali. Dengan cara ini, pergerakan harga bisa dikendalikan. Tetapi kondisi ini bisa berubah jika permintaan dari institusi mulai meningkat. Beberapa faktor pendorong, seperti kemungkinan regulasi yang lebih ramah dari pemerintah Amerika (SEC), peluang adanya ETF XRP, dan pertumbuhan aset digital yang ditokenisasi di jaringan XRP Ledger.
