Binance Launches Timed Red Packet for an Enhanced Gifting Experience

We are thrilled to introduce the Timed Red Packet, a new feature designed to elevate the traditional red packet experience by adding greater control, excitement, and security. This innovative tool allows users to set a specific time window during which the red packet can be claimed after the first redemption — making it ideal for special occasions and promoting engagement among selected recipients.
Key Highlights
Customizable Time Limits: Set how long the red packet remains valid after the first claim — anywhere between 1 and 60 minutes.
Enhanced Security: Limits the claiming period, reducing the risk of unclaimed rewards or misuse.
Increased Engagement: The countdown timer introduces urgency and excitement, encouraging quicker participation.
How to Create a Timed Red Packet
On the Binance Website
Log in to your Binance account and go to the Pay page.
Click [Red Packet] > [Create].
Choose [Timed] as the distribution method and set the validity period (1–60 minutes).
Enter the number of recipients, total crypto amount, and an optional message. Click [Continue].
Review payment details and click [Confirm].
Verify the transaction using your passkey or 2FA.
A unique code will be generated. Share this code via social media or click [Copy Link] to send it directly to recipients. They can claim the packet on the Binance app or website.
On the Binance App
Log in and tap [Pay] > [Red Packet].
Select [Send] and tap [Create].
Choose [Timed] as the distribution method and set the desired validity period (1–60 minutes).
Enter the number of recipients, total crypto amount, and an optional message. Tap [Continue].
Review and confirm your payment.
Authenticate with your passkey or 2FA.
A code will be generated for sharing with recipients via link or social media.
Important Notes:
Share your Red Packet code privately with intended recipients — anyone with access to the code can claim it.
Binance is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized claims.
Once the set time expires after the first claim, the Red Packet becomes inactive and cannot be redeemed.
Be sure to clearly communicate the expiration terms to your recipients.
