$XRP will be used to pay transaction fees on the XRP Ledger, with RLUSD taking over broader utilities such as liquidity, cross-border transactions, retail and institutional settlements, and multi-fiat onboarding.

There's no way that $XRP can be used because there's just too many on the market.
