Recently, this wave of $BTC has directly crushed the shorts, basically all short positions have been liquidated, and the liquidation amount is almost 1 billion dollars, it's simply a 'short massacre' 😂. Now the funding rate has returned to normal, and market sentiment is not so extreme anymore, temporarily balancing long and short positions.
But be careful! The long positions are already a bit full, and once the price drops to around 100,000 or 98,000, it may be the turn of the longs to get harvested. So now is not the time for you to go all in with excitement, stay steady, don’t be reckless!
So what should you do specifically? My personal suggestions are:
1. If you are trading contracts, don't go heavy on the long positions right now; it's best to use low leverage and build positions in batches;
2. If you are a spot holder, you can reduce some positions at highs and keep some chips for buying on dips;
3. If you haven't entered the market yet, don't rush to chase; you can wait for a pullback to key support levels, such as around 98,000 or 95,000, and consider entering based on the market reaction.
4. Most importantly: set your take-profit and stop-loss orders, don’t think you can get rich quickly, the market comes in waves, don’t get caught in a pullback during a bull market.
At this time, it’s not about sharp insight, but patience and rhythm.
