Hackers breached the infrastructure of the LockBit ransomware group and published data on nearly 60,000 Bitcoin addresses, as well as information about negotiations and attack configurations. According to Bleeping Computer, the leak occurred on April 29 and includes tables with wallets, settings for attacks, chats with ransom demands, and passwords for 75 administrators and partners. The attackers stated on dark forums: "Do not engage in crimes." LockBit administrator Dmitry Khoroshev confirmed the breach but assured that the private keys of the wallets were not compromised. Analysis showed that the vulnerability was related to an outdated version of PHP 8.1.2 on the group's servers, which likely served as the cause of the attack. This incident serves as a reminder of past law enforcement operations against LockBit, including the seizure of 200 crypto wallets in February 2024. The breach again raises questions about the security of the infrastructure of groups in cyberspace.$BTC$SUI$OMNI
