Armani Ferrante, the founder of Backpack, announced via tweet that the platform has started staking SOL reserves. Initially, the profits from staking will be returned to the borrowers. In the future, Backpack plans to expand to cover all depositors. Due to the collateralized assets not being tracked, the platform's TVL monitoring may show temporary discrepancies. The website and app are expected to be updated within a week to launch the first profit distribution mechanism.
