First, blacklist small market cap coins on the BNB chain under 5 million.
Then select by trading volume from high to low, blacklisting those outside the top 50 (generally, trading fees and on-chain costs are very low for those at the front of the rankings, except for newly listed coins)
Personal recommendation for trading on the SOL chain (fees are likely to be lower on average than others, with low slippage and custom order options available)
Choose coins with liquidity greater than 1/20 of market cap, recommended to reach around 1/10 or even higher
Choose on-chain buy data greater than sell (there are generally bots involved, which is unavoidable) (ignore if you don't understand)
(Buying on Binance Alpha may manifest on-chain as wallet purchases; observe the wallet and find it contains no coins, and the majority of trading volume is for Alpha's internal coins)
The alert for the number of holders is about 8000; falling below this will lead to significant volatility.
Finally, please distinguish between utility tokens or governance tokens and meme coins.
