What has trading taught me? (And it's not about charts) 📈
In 6 years, I've realized one important thing: trading is not just about the market. It shows who you really are.
I want to share 3 beliefs that have formed in me during this time: they work the same on the chart and in life.
1. Calmness is an advantage.
Most people lose in both the market and in life simply because they can't wait.
True growth is not fast. But those who know how to pause (and not move their stop-losses and take-profits) win.
2. Insecurity hinders everywhere.
If you don't trust yourself, signals and advice on 'where to buy' won't help.
You will always be jittery. In trades and in life decisions.
3. A system is stronger than emotions.
A profitable strategy must include rules and frameworks within which we operate.
Rules help eliminate emotional decisions and give you an algorithm for action in difficult moments.
Trading is control and discipline; these qualities help solve problems not only in trading but also in life in general.
