Ethereum has finally awaited the upgrade. Will GAS drop significantly after this upgrade?

Ethereum has reached the Pectra mainnet upgrade scheduled for Epoch 364032. Pectra is the first upgrade since the Cancun (Dencun) upgrade in March 2024, combining two collaborative updates: the Prague execution layer hard fork and the Electra consensus layer upgrade.
Pectra is set to incorporate 11 Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs). These EIPs will collectively bring key features that drive the development of Ethereum:
1) Significant updates to the core user experience through the implementation of smart accounts and delegation functions;
2) An upgrade to the staking function, making it easier for institutions and individual investors to secure the network;
3) A substantial improvement in integration with Layer 2 networks (L2), which is expected to double network efficiency.
