#USHouseMarketStructureDraft Y continues the fight for the regulation of digital assets in the US. In this case in Spanish it would translate to

"Draft for the debate on the Cryptocurrency Market Structure Act. Defines the roles of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission). It was presented by the Financial Services Committee and the Agriculture Committee.

The SEC's role will regulate digital assets considered investment contracts. The CFTC will oversee digital commodities and spot markets. A summary of these would be

1) Proof of decentralization of the network

2) Access to investors and removal of restrictions

3) Stablecoins do not define them as securities as long as they do not grant the buyer ownership rights in the business, the issuer's assets....My humble opinion?

Awesome...What regulation I wish my country was like this 😭🤣🤣🤣. The previous project on Stablecoins was pushed back, I hope it happens. The digitization of finance has its complicated points but we are not talking about millions of dollars but thousands of millions. If blockchain technology can make the use of public finances more transparent, I hope it happens. We need it.
