2. They send what looks like a real payment (usually via bank transfer).

3. You see the payment and release your crypto.

4. Later, they reverse the payment with their bank.

5. You’re left with nothing – no crypto, no money.

This is actively happening right now. Stay sharp.

Here’s how to protect yourself:

  1. Only trade with verified users (look for the blue badge).

  2. Always check your bank app for payment confirmation – don’t rely on SMS or email notifications.

  3. Be wary of deals that seem “too good to be true.”

  4. Keep all communication inside the Binance P2P chat.

  5. If something feels off, don’t release your crypto – hit the “Appeal” button immediately.
