The minutes of the regular meetings are published three weeks after the date of the policy decision. The composition of the committee changes at the first regular meeting of the year.
The FOMC
prepares an annual report in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The FOMC's FOIA Service Center provides information on the status of requests and the FOIA process.
