Whispers of the Bull Market's Finale (Trading Insights Record)
1. In the second half of the bull market, exit at the right time
Based on previous market rhythms, this round of the bull market is indeed nearing its end. The cost-effectiveness of Bitcoin hitting $100,000 is diminishing day by day, as investors who wanted to enter have already done so; currently, more people are seeking suitable opportunities to exit.
2. Rational buying and selling, grasping the scale
Adhere to the principle of "buy when it's cheap, reduce when it's expensive"; one must not be greedy or blindly hold on. When the price drops to a psychologically expected low, it may be appropriate to add to the position; conversely, when the price rises to an unreasonable high, decisively reduce the position. Only by being able to flexibly manage positions can one maintain a long-term foothold in the market.
3. Stick to oneself, value position
Listen to others' opinions, but do not blindly trust them, as market conditions can change unpredictably, and opinions can be proven wrong at any time. Position management is key; a position that allows you to feel secure and sleep soundly is one that suits you. The size of the position reflects your tolerance for "time span and price fluctuation" in investments.
Reflections on Altcoins
Are there still investment opportunities in altcoins? The answer is yes, but the opportunities are becoming increasingly scarce. Looking back at this round of the market, many seemingly "high-end" protocol projects are actually like ghost towns, with excitement only existing on PPTs.
The current market situation is that there are many projects but few people; new L2 solutions and new public chains continue to emerge, yet the number of users has not increased correspondingly. It's like a city without residents; how can there be tax revenue?
It is worth noting that a good project does not equate to substantial returns. Many project teams have strong fundraising capabilities but treat tokens as ATMs, continuously selling off tokens after unlocking them, lacking real consumption logic. For such projects, we should keep our distance.
Of course, there are also high-quality projects among altcoins. I focus on those with "self-sustaining" capabilities and that are willing to reward token holders with profits, such as through buybacks, token burns, or dividends. Once I discover such projects, I will patiently wait for the right opportunity to enter.
Again, I remind you that trading virtual currencies carries significant risks, and investment decisions must be made with caution.
