To qualify, users had to subscribe BNB into Simple Earn (Flexible or Locked) or On-Chain Earn products between April 27, 2025, 00:00 UTC and April 29, 2025, 23:59 UTC. Binance allocated 15 million STO tokens, representing 1.5% of the total supply, to eligible users’ Spot Wallets.

Following the airdrop, STO was listed on Binance’s Spot Market with multiple trading pairs including STO/USDT, STO/USDC, STO/BNB, STO/FDUSD, and STO/TRY. A Seed Tag was also applied, signaling potential high volatility due to the project’s early stage.
