🇺🇸 Stablecoin Bill Update:

The proposed US Stablecoin Bill prioritizes stablecoin holders’ claims above all others in issuer bankruptcy cases and revises the bankruptcy code.

Bo Hines, President Trump’s crypto point man and Executive Director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets, stated this week that the House and Senate versions of the bill are ~90% aligned, with lawmakers collaborating to resolve differences.

Senator Hagerty announced plans to introduce a revised version of the bill on Thursday.
