There is a big difference between saving on health and the art of saving! In the first case, a person does not buy extra, while in the second case, they even buy extra with profit! I'll give an example: a person has only one dollar in their pocket and wants to buy a kilogram of cherries and save a tenth. But at the market, the cheapest ones cost exactly one dollar. This person tried with a hundred sellers, each offering one gram of cherries, bought nine hundred grams in total, ate one kilogram in the end, and with ten cents bought shares that increased thirty-fold, thus making a small fortune! This example shows the difference between saving in the art of saving and not saving on health, as most people mistakenly think, justifying their unwillingness to be rich by claiming that it requires saving on health. But from this example, it is clear that the person ate exactly as much as if they hadn’t saved but also received the difference in the form of profit!
