5.5.BTC.ETH. Early Morning Highlights

Today, Bitcoin has been declining all the way down to around 950 before it started to show some signs of rebound. The focus now is whether the rebound can be sustained through the night. If it cannot break above 96450, there is a high probability of a second drop; however, if it can effectively stay above this position, it can basically be concluded that this round of correction has ended, and there is still room for further upward movement.

Tonight, pay attention to the position of 95600 for Bitcoin. If it can stabilize above 95600 on the hourly chart, it indicates that a short-term rebound has started, with resistance levels to watch at 96450, 97300, and 97800. Conversely, if it cannot even hold above 95600, it indicates that the rebound lacks strength and the trend is weak, with the possibility of further retracement. Support at the downside is at 95100; once this is lost, the next levels to watch are 95000, 93700, and 92800.

Ethereum had a rebound after hitting the first support during the day and is currently in a sideways oscillation pattern on the 4-hour chart. The key point at night is 1830; only by stabilizing above this position can it hope to continue pushing towards the upper edge of the oscillation range. Next, pay attention to the resistance areas of 1845, 1870, and 1900. If it cannot consistently hold above this position on the 4-hour chart, do not expect an upward push, and it is likely to maintain low-level oscillation, with downward support levels to watch at 1815, 1790, and 1760.
