Recently started changing my routine, mainly because staying up late can shorten my life. I haven't finished seeing this beautiful world yet, and the greatest tragedy in life is that you run out of money before you kick the bucket.

I previously had shoulder periarthritis in my right hand, and now I have it in my left hand. I really can't run a marathon; my physical condition has seriously declined. Fortunately, my eyes are fine, so it seems I still need to stick to running marathons. I don’t dare to take on a full marathon anymore; I’ll start with a five-kilometer haze marathon, then move on to ten kilometers, and then a half marathon.

In the future, I’ll start watching the market at 9:30 and keep an eye on it until 10-11, and I’ll try to wrap up the live stream before midnight. It’s best to get everything done in two hours; there’s only so much valuable content. It’s also nice to communicate with crypto friends on Saturdays.

I used to drink half a jin of baijiu and wouldn’t get drunk on beer. I would do live streams with my cat until five or six in the morning, and then continue to show off the next day. I’ve quit drinking, but a few days ago I had one beer and got completely dizzy.

After this wave, the next stop: Santorini, Greece, and the pink beaches of the Bahamas.
