1. Donāt Buy During Hype ā Whether Itās Pumping or Dumping
If the price is moving rapidly up or down, stay away. I never buy in a panic. I only enter when the price is calm and stable after a dip. Thatās where smart entries are made.
2. Look for Quiet, Sideways Trading
I prefer coins that have already fallen and are now moving sideways. Less noise = less risk. Thatās when smart money is accumulating.
3. Volume Speaks Volumes
Low trading volume can often be a signal of an upcoming move. When volume is low and interest starts picking up, thatās usually when prices explode. I look for that pattern.
4. Market Cap vs Fully Diluted Market Cap (FDMC)
If the Market Cap and FDMC are nearly equal, it means most of the token supply is already in circulation ā which reduces the risk of future dilution.
> Bonus: Low market cap = higher potential returns (but with higher risk too, so be cautious).
5. Total Supply Matters
If 100% of a coinās total supply is already in circulation, I feel much safer. It means there wonāt be any major token unlocks or sudden dumps by private investors later on.
6. Only Buy Near ATL, Not ATH
This is a golden rule: I never buy when a coin is close to its All-Time High (ATH). I only buy when itās near the All-Time Low (ATL). The lower you enter, the higher your upside and the lower your risk.
