$BIGTIME is sure dumping coins in a Big Time way. 600,000,000? I believe this is what makes the difference between an investment and a scam. Scam coins dump more and more coins, until the original ones are worthless. An investment either keeps it's quantity low, or provides infrastructure that other coins can build on.
