The idea is simple: you buy or sell crypto directly with another person, without banks or intermediaries. 1. Always do everything within Binance
It seems obvious, but many people fall for it: there are users who message you outside the app (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram) and tell you to continue the deal there. Don't you dare! Everything that does not happen within Binance is outside the protection system. If someone insists on continuing through another channel, it's a red flag. Do everything from the Binance chat and do not stray from the official process.
2. Check well with whom you are going to make the deal
Before closing any transaction, take a minute to look at the other user's profile. Binance shows you how many transactions they have made, what rating they have, if they are quick to complete payments, etc.

3. Don’t release your cryptos without being 100% sure of the payment
One of the biggest mistakes is to release the cryptos before confirming that you have been paid. Do not trust a message that says “I already paid.” Open your bank account or your payment app and check that the money is really there. Only after confirming it yourself, release the cryptos.
4. Don’t trust edited screenshots or receipts
There are people who specialize in falsifying payment receipts to rush you. They send you an image that “looks” real, but in reality, it’s a fake. Do not release anything for a photo. If the money doesn't show up in your account, there is no deal.
