Trump Organization Announces Luxurious High-Rise in Dubai, Featuring Record-Breaking Pool**
The Trump Organization, in collaboration with developer DarGlobal, has unveiled plans for a bold new addition to Dubai’s iconic skyline: the *Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai*. Rising 350 meters (1,148 feet) and spanning 80 floors, the mixed-use skyscraper will blend luxury hotel accommodations with upscale residences, anchored by what is set to become the world’s tallest outdoor swimming pool.
Situated in the heart of the city, the tower promises panoramic views of Dubai’s landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa. While full architectural specifics remain confidential, early visuals showcase a sleek, tapered silhouette with a distinctive geometric notch near its summit—reminiscent of Shanghai’s World Financial Center. Interiors will mirror the opulent yet minimalist aesthetic of the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, elevated by floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary design elements.
Though not claiming the title of Dubai’s tallest structure, the project reinforces the emirate’s reputation for audacious architecture. Eric Trump, touting the venture, described it as “a testament to our unwavering pursuit of excellence, luxury, and groundbreaking innovation.”
Slated for completion by December 2031, the tower’s construction timeline and lead architect remain undisclosed. The development marks the Trump brand’s reentry into Dubai’s competitive real estate market, following the 2017 opening of the Trump International Golf Club. As details emerge, the project is poised to join the city’s roster of record-setting landmarks, further cementing its status as a global hub for architectural ambition.
