-> definitely the first part, but sometimes unconsciously you might not notice. Therefore, I bring a quick meditation solution (30s)
✅ 1. Quick breathing like “Brain Pump” (Instantly increases alertness)
- How to do: Breathe in strongly through the nose, breathe out quickly through the mouth (3–5 times consecutively).
- Effect: Increases blood and oxygen to the brain, quickly awakens the mind.
✅ 2. “Restart” position (Reset the brain in 20s)
- How to do: Stand up, stretch your arms straight up over your head, reach out, breathe deeply.
- Effect: Relieves spinal nerve pressure, reduces fatigue, and increases brain energy.
✅ 3. Touch “focus activation” points
- How to do: Gently press between your eyebrows (Yintang point) for 10–15 seconds.
- Effect: Stimulates the forehead area – where logic and focus are processed.
✅ 4. Look far for 20 seconds – “Relax the eyes, relax the brain”
- How to do: Look far away ~6m for 20–30 seconds (through a window or picture).
- Effect: Reduces muscle tension in the eyes & brain, helps refresh concentration.
