In any potential dialogue or talks, if the United States does not correct its wrong unilateral actions regarding tariffs, it will demonstrate a complete lack of sincerity and undermine mutual trust.

Saying one thing and doing the opposite, or attempting to use talks as a cover for coercion and extortion, will not be effective with China.
