On March 31, Bitcoin evangelist Michael Saylor, Strategy (Nasdaq: MSTR), formerly MicroStrategy, announced the acquisition of 22,048 bitcoins worth $1.92 billion. The company stated that its bitcoin purchases were made with revenue from MSTR's common stock offerings in the market (ATM), preferred STRK ATM, and STRF.
