The Trump Organization is making a striking comeback to Dubai’s skyline with its first high-rise in the city, in partnership with developer DarGlobal. The new project, named Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai, will soar 350 meters high and include the world’s tallest outdoor swimming pool. Spanning 80 floors of luxury hotel rooms and residential units, the tower will offer sweeping views of the Dubai skyline, including the iconic Burj Khalifa.
Although full architectural details are still under wraps, initial renderings reveal a slim, elegant design with a unique cut-out feature at the top—similar to the Shanghai World Financial Center. Inside, the design draws inspiration from the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, but with a more refined and understated style. Floor-to-ceiling windows will frame stunning panoramic vistas.
While it won’t be the tallest building in Dubai, the project adds to the city’s legacy of extravagant and towering developments. Eric Trump called the tower a symbol of their dedication to “excellence, luxury, and innovation.” The building is scheduled to be completed by December 2031, though the construction timeline and lead architect have yet to be disclosed.
