BlackRock, the largest financial asset management company in the world, wants to deepen its participation in the market for tokenized real world assets (RWA).

The company requested authorization from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to tokenize a class of shares of the BLF Treasury Trust Fund (TTTXX), a money market fund with assets valued at 150 billion dollars.
