$BTC U.S. stock indexes opened higher today, Friday, amid investor optimism over a reduction in trade tensions with China and the release of a stronger-than-expected jobs report, which eased concerns about the economic impact of tariffs.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 414.53 points, or 1.02%, to reach 41,167.49 points.

The Standard & Poor's 500 increased by 54.59 points, or 0.97%, recording 5,658.73 points.

The Nasdaq Composite gained 159.60 points, or 0.87%, reaching 17,864.97 points.
