The Trump Organization is planning a big return to Dubai with a new skyscraper that mixes luxury and record-breaking features. They’re working with developer DarGlobal to build the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai. This 350-meter-tall tower will include 80 floors of hotel rooms and homes, and it will have the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool.

The building’s design hasn’t been fully shared yet, but early pictures show a tall, slim shape with a unique cut-out at the top—similar to the Shanghai World Financial Center. Inside, the design will be inspired by the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, but with a softer, more modern style. Large windows will offer amazing views of Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa.

Although it won’t be the tallest building in Dubai, the tower adds to the city’s collection of eye-catching and luxurious buildings. Eric Trump said the tower shows their “dedication to quality, luxury, and new ideas.” The tower is planned to open in December 2031, but details about the timeline and architect are still unknown.
