Inside the Trump Organization’s First High-Rise in Dubai—Home to the World’s Highest Pool
The Trump Organization is reentering Dubai’s skyline in grand fashion with a new venture that combines luxury and record-setting ambition. In partnership with developer DarGlobal, the company has unveiled plans for the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai—a soaring 350-meter skyscraper set to feature the highest outdoor swimming pool in the world.
The 80-story tower will offer a mix of hotel rooms and residential units, promising expansive views of the city’s skyline, including the Burj Khalifa. Though full architectural details remain under wraps, early renderings reveal a sleek, slender silhouette topped with a dramatic cut-out void—an echo of Shanghai’s World Financial Center.
Inside, the design will draw inspiration from the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, but with a more refined touch. Floor-to-ceiling windows will frame sweeping vistas, maximizing natural light and views from every angle.
While the tower won’t claim the title of Dubai’s tallest, it reinforces the city’s global reputation for extravagant, sky-high developments. Eric Trump called the project a symbol of their “commitment to excellence, luxury, and innovation.” The tower is slated for completion by December 2031, though details on the lead architect and construction timeline remain undisclosed.
