What Will Pi Network Have in 2025?

PI, the native token of Pi Network, continued its downward trend in May as it failed to hold the support level of $0.6 amid bearish technical factors. Pi Network has dropped nearly 10% in the past week, trading at $0.59 at the time of this report.

Zooming out, the token has lost over 23% of its value compared to last month's high and nearly 80% from its all-time high of $2.99 reached at the end of February. Its market capitalization stands at $4.1 billion, down over 40% in daily trading volume, fluctuating around $75 million at the time of writing.

Most of the recent selling pressure stems from dilution fears. In April alone, approximately 21.4 million PI tokens were unlocked, worth about $12.3 million at current prices. Although this is just a small unlock at this time, investors may be preparing for much larger unlocks coming up ahead.

Looking forward, the monthly unlock trend indicates that supply will steadily increase, with an average of over 131 million PI expected to hit the market each month over the next year.
