This bullock cart dates back to 1878
which was operated from Sukkur to Shikarpur.
The owner of this and several other carts was a British man
who managed this transport.
Richard Burton, who is also the author of several books,
writes in his book that I have traveled on it many times, it is a very comfortable journey, for five paisas
this cart, which leaves Sukkur at nine in the evening, would reach Shikarpur by seven in the morning.
At that time, wealthy people used to travel in this cart, and there were arrangements for women's privacy as well.
