Ethereum co-founder [ETH], Vitalik Buterin, has just revealed his goals for 2025. Unsurprisingly, Ethereum's L1 roadmap tops the list.
Some of his goals, such as decentralization and resilience (security), reflect the 'dual' goals of the new leadership of the Ethereum Foundation.
Security and open-source technology are also major priorities. He emphasizes the importance of security on end-user systems like applications and wallets.

Ethereum Update – Impact on ETH
Note that the highly anticipated Ethereum Pectra upgrade is set to launch on the Mainnet on May 7. This upgrade aims to improve staking and wallet features but has faced some delays due to bugs.
After Pectra, the next upgrade will be Fusaka, aimed at further scaling so that Ethereum and L2 applications can handle more data.
At the same time, there is a move to enhance L2 interoperability to address the liquidity fragmentation issue on Ethereum.
Overall, these updates are designed to make Ethereum more competitive in the L1 space.

Altcoin prices have risen 20% from $1.5K to $1.8K since this buy signal appeared.
