The Loopscale team will fully compensate this difference to ensure all users are reimbursed. Furthermore, to ensure the security and stability of the protocol, all Loopscale treasuries, including the Genesis treasury (SOL, USDC, and USDG) and others (jitoSOL and fragSOL), will be subject to a 24-hour withdrawal limit per user, per treasury, aimed at alleviating liquidity shocks, preventing borrowing rates from soaring, and providing borrowers with the time needed to repay without triggering avoidable liquidations. Currently, the refinancing feature remains disabled, and once the protocol stabilizes, it will be re-enabled a few days after treasury withdrawals begin.
