According to Ryan Chow, co-founder and CEO of Solv Protocol, the demand for yield generation strategies around Bitcoin is increasing, especially from companies seeking liquidity without liquidating their BTC.

During an informal talk at the Token2049 conference held in Dubai on May 1, Chow stated that institutional interest in Bitcoin yield products has grown exponentially in recent years.

Initially, generating yield from Bitcoin was almost impossible. However, recent innovations, such as staking through proof-of-stake (PoS) protocols and delta-neutral trading strategies, have made it possible.
