IT'S SURPRISING how immature the Crypto Market still is in some aspects and one of them is in relation to the current "Mechanisms" within CEXs.

Even after the case with $OM , I am not seeing any major discussion underway about the leverage policies adopted by exchanges and their mechanisms.

We should now be seeing CEXs and major market participants addressing this crucial topic for the entire Crypto Market.

OF COURSE, the vast majority are not concerned about this right now, even knowing that what happened with Mantra could happen in the future with any other project, almost everyone seems to continue to ignore this; it is obvious that they are betting on the weak memory of Investors.

We HAVE had discussions in the past about aggressive leverage, but we have never had any real and serious conversation about it; it was understandable since we hadn't had any major problems yet, but now that we have this situation with Mantra, we should be working to change these mechanisms in CEXs as soon as possible, or do we need another major coin to fall for us to talk about this?

The Crypto SECTOR is in a phase of mass adoption, several Countries and large Companies are coming, I think the time to protect investors from such things is now; we can create something better for everyone, but for that, we would need a lot of support from prominent Crypto personalities, which it seems we will not have, or at least not until the next catastrophic event.

If we do not change the mechanisms, then we are just waiting for the next tragedy.
