What is FOMC And how it affects crypto market in urdu
--
What is FOMC( Federal open market committee) and how it affects crypto market The FOMC meeting refers to the Federal Open Market Committee meeting, which is a key event where the U.S. Federal Reserve discusses monetary policy—especially interest rates and the state of the U.S. economy. How It Affects the Crypto Market: 1. Interest Rate Decisions: If the Fed raises interest rates, investors tend to move money out of risky assets like crypto into safer assets (like bonds), often causing crypto prices to fall. If the Fed lowers or keeps rates unchanged, it can encourage risk-taking, which may cause crypto prices to rise. 2. Market Sentiment (Hawkish vs. Dovish Tone) Market sentiment is how investors feel about the market's future direction. Hawkish Tone: When the Fed talks about controlling inflation, raising interest rates, or reducing the money supply, it’s called a hawkish tone. Impact: Investors expect tighter financial conditions, which can hurt high-risk assets like crypto. Result: Crypto markets may drop. Dovish Tone: When the Fed focuses on economic growth, low interest rates, or continued stimulus, it’s called a dovish tone. Impact: Encourages investors to take more risks. Result: Crypto prices may rise. 3. Liquidity Impact Liquidity means how much money is flowing in the financial system. Tight Monetary Policy (rate hikes, balance sheet reduction): Less money in circulation. Investors move to safer assets like bonds or the dollar. Crypto may face selling pressure. Loose Monetary Policy (rate cuts, quantitative easing): More money in circulation. Investors look for higher returns in riskier assets like crypto. Crypto prices often surge. 4. Volatility Spike Volatility means how quickly prices move up or down. On or around FOMC meeting days, the crypto market becomes very unpredictable. Even rumors, leaks, or tone of speech by the Fed Chair (like Jerome Powell) can move the market. Traders may take large positions just before or after announcements, causing rapid price swings. #FOMCMeeting

#Big News for Pi Network! Will It hit 10$ after listing on HTX There’s growing anticipation that Pi Network (PI) might be listed on Binance this month! While there’s no official confirmation yet, recent signals from exchanges like HTX — closely linked to Justin Sun — suggest that listings are coming soon. We’ve seen what happens when coins hit top-tier exchanges. Just look at Orca, which skyrocketed over 200% after its Upbit debut. With Pi’s huge community and popularity, a Binance listing could trigger an even bigger price rally. Key levels to watch: $1: A major psychological milestone $1.80: Resistance level from the March 13 peak If Binance adds PI, we might witness one of the biggest moves of the year! #pi #CryptoNews #LearntoEarn

What should we do when the crypto market is down, 1. Stay Calm and Analyze Don’t panic sell. Market drops are common and often temporary. Revisit your investment plan and long-term goals. 2. Evaluate Fundamentals Ask: Has anything fundamentally changed about your coins (e.g., ETH, SOL, XRP)? If not, the dip might be a buying opportunity. 3. Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) If you believe in the long-term potential, invest small amounts regularly during dips instead of all at once. 4. Avoid Leverage Don't use leverage in a downtrend unless you're experienced — it can multiply losses. 5. Switch to Stablecoins or Hedge Consider converting some assets to USDT, USDC, or other stablecoins to protect capital. Some traders hedge with inverse tokens or shorting, but this requires skill. 6. Look for Divergence or Reversal Signals Technical indicators like bullish divergence or oversold RSI can show when a recovery may start. 7. Learn and Prepare Use downtime to learn trading, backtest strategies, or study market psychology. 8. Stay Updated Monitor news — regulatory updates, hacks, or macroeconomic events can impact prices. #CryptoNewsCommunity #DigitalAssetBill #BEARISH📉 #DeFi #CryptoTrading #CryptoNews #Investing #FinancialFreedom
