#AirdropSafetyGuide
1. Set AirDrop to Contacts Only
Go to Settings > General > AirDrop
Choose Contacts Only instead of Everyone to prevent random people from sending files.
2. Turn Off AirDrop When Not in Use
Use Control Center to disable AirDrop when you're not sharing files.
This reduces exposure to spam or inappropriate content.
3. Be Wary of Unexpected Files
Never accept files from unknown senders, even if the name seems familiar.
Malicious files can be disguised.
4. Rename Your Device
Change your device name to avoid revealing your identity (e.g., not your full name).
Go to Settings > General > About > Name.
5. Stay Alert in Crowded Places
In public areas like airports or malls, double-check that AirDrop is off or limited to Contacts.
