Ethereum CrossX Indicators Flash Buy As Institution Accumulates, Analyst Expects $5,000

According to new sources, the Ethereum (ETH) CrossX indicator is flashing strong buy signs, signaling a $5,000 breakthrough. On-chain data reveals institutional investors purchasing ETH tokens when the market shifts from selling to buying, suggesting a mood change.

Lookonchain, an on-chain analytics tool, found that institutional whales are accumulating Ethereum. A wallet address linked to Cumberland DRW withdrew 27,632 ETH, worth $50.24 million, in three hours. Major exchangers Coinbase, Copper, and Binance executed this move.

Multiple high-value transactions occurred, including a 7,600 ETH withdrawal from Coinbase for $13.83 million, a 5,992 ETH withdrawal from Copper and Binance worth $10.92 million, and a 5,960 ETH transfer from Copper worth $10.88 million.

Large Ethereum exchange withdrawals diminish sell-side liquidity and reflect longer-term investor holding patterns, which precede price increases.

Ezy Bitcoin on X said that the Ethereum CrossX Indicator recently flashed a strong buy signal amid institutional accumulation. This suggests institutional interest is increasing, indicating demand and maybe paving the ground for more price increases.

To clarify Ezy Bitcoin's analysis, the CrossX indicator, which officially started a buy signal for Ethereum, is predicting a price increase over $5,000. The market analyst notes that this is the first indication in over six months and has typically preceded price activity and rapid swings.

The CrossX Indicator, which uses volume, price action, and divergence patterns to predict high-probability trend reversals, has performed well in prior cycles.

Ethereum's comeback from recent lows and a new Bullish Divergence suggest a repeat surge. ETH might reach $4,200 by year's end if history repeats.

According to CoinMarketCap, Ethereum is trading at $1,803, down 43.10% year. A 132.95% climb to $4,200 would push Ethereum (ETH) closer to its all-time high of almost $4,800.
