💎💧Tether acquires 70% of Adecoagro's shares to expand sustainable infrastructure
🚨⚡The Palestinian News Agency reported on May 1 that Tether announced its successful acquisition of a controlling stake of 70% in Adecoagro, to expand in the field of sustainable infrastructure. After the acquisition, the Board of Directors of Adecoagro underwent significant changes, with new members joining, including Juan Sartori. The new board will be confirmed on June 6, 2025.
