Reason?
"More time to assess rule changes." In other words, a classic SEC blockage.
James Seyffart from Bloomberg calls it procedural, with final deadlines not expected until October 2025 or later.
But here's the catch:
Institutional appetite is growing rapidly.
Despite the delays, many expect approvals later this year.
